The camellia sinesis leaf, also known as white tea, is lovely to drink and boasts skin-perfecting benefits. For years, scientists have studied the
benefits of drinking tea; black tea, green tea, white tea … all feature different health benefits. While many teas are considered to be good supplements to a diet, white tea is by far the least processed and therefore has the highest antioxidant levels.
